ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our growing sales team in Sonarpur, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and a positive attitude towards customer engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum: Higher Secondary (10+2) from any recognized board.
- Preferred:



Bachelor's Degree (any stream) – candidates with graduation will be given preference.

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is highly preferred.

Language Skills

- Bengali and/or Hindi – Preferred for local customer communication.

- Persuasive personality with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a professional and customer-first attitude.
- Integrity and adherence to call scripts and company compliance norms.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Fixed Salary

₹ 12,000 – ₹ 18,000 per month

Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
