Job Title: Business Development Officer (Outdoor Media Advertising)

Role Overview

Rahane Media is looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officers with experience in sales. The role involves generating new business, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and promoting outdoor advertising solutions such as billboards and hoardings to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits and networking
- Generate leads, engage potential clients across industries, and convert them into business.
- Pitch outdoor advertising solutions (billboards, hoardings, etc.) to prospective clients
- Meet key decision-makers (e.g., marketing managers) and present media offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations as part of the sales process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B / B2C sales (any industry)
- Experience in outdoor media advertising will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for travel
