JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Ayurveda Therapist to join the MANASI AYURVEDA team. In this role, you will be delivering Panchakarma treatments and other authentic Ayurvedic treatments as prescribed by the Doctor while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity at every stage of treatment. The role also includes maintaining treatment rooms, preparing therapy materials, adhering to strict hygiene protocols, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies and Panchakarma procedures as prescribed by the Doctor. Strictly carry out all treatments exactly as prescribed and instructed by the Doctor.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipments, treatment related items such as kizhi, herbal packs, and other therapy materials required for various therapies before each session.
- Ensure all therapies are performed according to standard operating procedures while preserving the authenticity of Ayurvedic practices.




- Maintain the highest standards of patient comfort, privacy, dignity, and professionalism throughout every treatment.
- Clean and sanitize treatment tables and equipments well after each session.
- Ensure treatment rooms, linens, towels, and therapy accessories are always clean, organized, and treatment-ready.
- Observe patients during therapy and promptly communicate relevant findings or concerns to the Doctor.
- Maintain accurate treatment records whenever required.
- Handle, store, and manage therapy materials appropriately to maintain quality and hygiene.
- Strictly follow all infection control, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with the front office and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate clinical matters appropriately.
- Support the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficient functioning of the clinic.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda Therapy or a recognized Ayurveda Therapist certification.
- Minimum 3 yo 5 years of hands-on experience as an Ayurveda Therapist.
- Strong practical expertise in Panchakarma therapies and traditional Ayurvedic treatment techniques.
- Additional knowledge of Naturopathy therapies such as Swedish massage,



and wellness or beauty therapies such as manicure, pedicure, and hair spa will be considered an added advantage.

- Is committed to continuous learning and maintaining the highest standards of Ayurvedic practice.

WORKING HOURS - Monday to Saturday | 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

NOTE: These are the regular working hours. If any ongoing treatment continues on a Sunday you will be required to come. Otherwise Sundays are off.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
