Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Chemical Engineer to manage operations in our spice oil and oleoresin plant, focusing on productivity, quality, cost-efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve 90%+ production capacity utilization.
- Ensure 98% first-pass yield and 2% downtime.
- Maximize raw material yield (95%) and reduce energy consumption by 5%.
- Ensure zero incidents, 100% compliance, and optimal inventory turnover.
- Drive 10% operational cost reduction and 100% on-time delivery.
- Maintain employee turnover below 5% and provide 20 hours of training per employee.
- Achieve 100% waste recycling and oversee process improvements.




- Lead process scaling and machinery installation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in spice oil/oleoresin production.
- Strong process optimization and safety management skills.
- Experience with energy efficiency in manufacturing.
