- Source and hire technical staff and manage the continuous pipeline of general factory workers.
- Monitor shift attendance, biometric logs, and overtime (OT) hours for blue-collar staff.
- Process monthly payroll variables, ensuring accurate calculation of allowances, shifts, and deductions.
- Maintain all statutory registers and records mandated by local labor laws and the Factories Act.
- Manage employee benefits enrollments, worker compensation records, and accident reporting.
- Oversee plant welfare amenities including canteen hygiene, drinking water access, uniform/PPE distribution, and locker rooms.
- Partner with the Safety Officer to ensure 100% compliance with safety equipment usage (due to intense heat, fumes, and heavy machinery hazards inherent in brass casting/forging).
- Organize mandatory periodic health checks for workers exposed to heavy metal fumes or dust.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
