Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the PET blowing machine for bottle production (500 ml, 1L, 2L formats).
- Manage RFC (Rinsing–Filling–Capping) machine for hygienic and efficient bottling operations.
- Oversee operation of the RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment system, ensuring water quality meets packaged drinking water standards.
- Handle and maintain plant motors, pumps, and associated equipment for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper filling and handling of 20-litre jar packaging line.
- Conduct routine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of all machinery.
- Maintain production logs, downtime records, and daily output reports.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 8 female workers, ensuring proper task allocation, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines as per regulatory requirements.
- Minimize wastage, optimize machine efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow across all stages.
