Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage daily outlet operations in line with company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Ensure availability of all quick-moving products.
- Coordinate with the central kitchen/production unit for product replenishment.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.

2. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Increase average bill value and customer conversion.
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend actions to improve performance.

3. Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent service standards.
- Ensure quick billing and minimal waiting time.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Perform daily opening and closing stock verification.
- Monitor expiry dates and product freshness.
- Control wastage and shrinkage within company norms.
- Ensure proper storage following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Coordinate stock transfers between outlets when required.

5. Team Leadership





- Supervise and motivate store employees.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct daily team briefings.
- Train staff on SOPs, customer service, hygiene, and product knowledge.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend rewards or disciplinary actions.

6. Cash & Financial Control

- Ensure accurate billing through POS.
- Reconcile daily cash, digital payments, and credit transactions.
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
- Prevent cash shortages and billing errors.
- Ensure compliance with financial control procedures.

7. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI), hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual standards.
- Ensure staff follow personal hygiene and grooming guidelines.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure all statutory licenses are valid and displayed.

8. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, HR, and Accounts departments.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Report stock shortages, customer issues, equipment failures, and manpower requirements.
- Support new outlet openings and company initiatives when assigned.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
