Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Retail Store Executive with minimum 1 year of experience to join our team at Vilvah Store Private Limited. This is a full-time position suitable for the people seeking job in Chennai. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our skincare and hair care products to our valued customers.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates with 10th /12th /any UG degree can apply.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in retail sales
- Experience working in personal sector is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service skills (Mandatory) to ensure a memorable and satisfying shopping experience.
- A dedicated approach to ensure customer satisfaction (Mandatory), addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,
contributing to the overall success of the store.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales and ensure product availability through effective inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any complaints with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and promote a positive work environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
