We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Update product details, pricing, and inventory regularly
- Process daily orders, returns, and exchanges
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Assist in running online promotions and discount campaigns
- Ensure accurate product information and quality control

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
