- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure execution as per architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Track material deliveries and site inventory.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of site execution experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
