Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India
- Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients
- Connect with various clients and HR Teams for recruitment needs
- Understand the client requirement clearly
- Understand the Job Description
- Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals
- Discuss the job role and align them for the role
- Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling
- Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews




- Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate

Ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate

Who Can Apply:- If you

. Have excellent English communication skills

. Preferably PG but Graduates can also apply

. Have 6 months + exp. preferably in Recruitment

. Have hands on knowledge on MS Office

Other Details

- It's 5 days a week job - Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
