Job Title: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and supervising junior accounting staff. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits




- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Monitor expense control and cost management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
