Role Summary

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system and ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data. The role involves regular visits to factory, store, and saw mill locations, along with close coordination with Sales, Factory, Saw Mill, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and minimize discrepancies.

KRA: Task / Activities

· Manage and update inventory data in ERP/CRM system.

· Ensure physical stock matches system records at all times.

· Conduct regular visits to factory, stores, and saw mill to verify stock availability and accuracy.

· Coordinate with Sales, Factory, Saw Mill, and Dispatch teams for stock movement and updates.

· Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of inward and outward materials.

· Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for management review.

· Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.

· Investigate and resolve inventory mismatches in a timely manner.

· Suggest process improvements for better inventory control and operational efficiency.

KPI: Performance Metrics

· Accuracy of inventory records (system vs physical stock match).

· Timeliness of daily/weekly inventory reporting.





· Reduction in stock discrepancies and data errors.

· Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

· Stock variance control and audit compliance.

· Implementation of inventory process improvements.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

Preferred skills

· 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse management.

· Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM or inventory management software.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

· Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

· Experience in manufacturing or building materials industry.

· Exposure to stock audits and reconciliation processes.

· Basic understanding of supply chain and dispatch processes.

Attitude Required for This Position

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Proactive in identifying discrepancies and solving issues.

· Comfortable working in operational and factory environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
