Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled YouTube Strategy Manager & Video Editor who understands both content strategy and video production. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of YouTube analytics, content trends, and audience growth, along with hands-on video editing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute YouTube content strategies to drive channel growth.

- Analyze YouTube Analytics to identify opportunities for improving reach, watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth.

- Research trending topics and formats, and adapt them into high-quality educational content.

- Work closely with the content team to plan videos that align with current trends while maintaining educational value.

- Edit videos and ensure they are engaging, visually appealing, and optimized for audience retention.

- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, and publishing schedules for maximum performance.

- Monitor channel performance and continuously refine content strategy based on data.

Required Skills

- Strong command of YouTube Analytics and performance metrics.





- Deep understanding of YouTube's recommendation system and content optimization strategies.

- Ability to identify trending topics and convert them into engaging educational content.

- Proficiency in video editing tools such as:

- CapCut

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- DaVinci Resolve

- Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills for YouTube videos.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully growing a YouTube channel or managing a high-growth content page.

- Valuable understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, including:

- YouTube

- Instagram

- Telegram

- Familiarity with content repurposing and cross-platform distribution strategies.

- Ability to work independently, experiment with new content ideas, and make data-driven decisions.
