We are looking for an experienced Senior Checker – SDS2 with strong leadership and team handling capabilities to manage and guide our structural steel detailing team in Cochin. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team performance and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the SDS2 detailing and checking team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity and project progress.
- Review and coordinate project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support team members in resolving technical and project-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain smooth communication within the team.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for effective execution.




- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in SDS2 steel detailing and checking.
- Proven knowledge and working experience with AISC standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the structural steel detailing industry preferred.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
