The Store Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and documentation of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability, compliance with company procedures, and productive coordination with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store Operations

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and other store documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Issue materials to production and other departments against approved requisitions.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Documentation & ERP





- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Tally/Excel.
- Update inward, outward, and stock movement transactions on time.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Maintain proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, challans, and stock records.

Coordination

- Coordinate with the Purchase department for material availability.
- Work closely with Production to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Support QA during material inspection and release.
- Coordinate with Accounts for documentation related to invoices and GRNs.

Compliance & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
- Handle materials safely and prevent damage or loss.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
