Sales Manager – Gym Membership Sales

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in gym membership sales to join our growing fitness team in Zirakpur. If you're passionate about fitness, enjoy interacting with people, and have a proven ability to achieve sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who can generate memberships, build strong customer relationships, lead sales initiatives, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive monthly and quarterly gym membership sales.
- Convert walk-in enquiries, calls and online leads into memberships.
- Conduct professional gym tours and explain membership plans.
- Follow up with prospective members through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new members.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop local marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships and follow-ups.
- Handle membership renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff to ensure a great member experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in gym membership sales or fitness industry sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
