Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and confident Customer Support Executives to join our Australian Vehicle Insurance inbound process. This is a customer service-focused role with no sales targets. You will be handling inbound calls from Australian customers and delivering a professional, empathetic, and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Adhere to company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of international BPO voice process experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.




- Ability to build rapport with Australian customers and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in Australian shifts and a 6-day work week with rotational offs when required.

Work From Home Requirements

- Laptop/Desktop with reliable performance.
- Reliable high-speed broadband internet connection with backup recommended.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling customer calls.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling Australian customers is highly preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer support is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.77 - ₹28,000.32 per month
