We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support the continued growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for all hotel departments.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract and retain quality hospitality professionals.
- Manage the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, contract labour compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Plan and execute learning, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company governance, ethical standards, and internal compliance requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower budgets, recruitment dashboards, and monthly management reports.




- Partner with department heads on manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory.

Pay: ₹35,400.00 - ₹49,500.00 per month
