Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, skills, communication, and motivation.
- Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up during the interview process.
- Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate engagement until joining.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Track pipeline metrics such as sourcing, screening, interview stages, offers, and joins.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience hiring for technology roles




- Valuable understanding of IT skillsets and technology stacks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for IT Services companies or product engineering services firms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
- Exposure to recruitment metrics and ATS systems

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
