Role Overview

As a Senior Education Counsellor, you will play a key role in advising prospective students and working professionals about educational programs, career pathways, and admission processes. You will be responsible for understanding individual aspirations, providing personalized guidance, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding academic programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their educational background and career objectives.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the admission cycle.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Explain course features, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career prospects effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with admissions,



operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
- Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer experience throughout the counseling process.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing best practices and contributing to team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Career Counselling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving counseling and conversion targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and online counseling tools.
