We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and responsible Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company executives, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, good knowledge of local routes, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. The Driver will also be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and ensuring all vehicle-related documents are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per the daily schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Keep track of vehicle servicing, insurance, pollution certificate (PUC), registration, and other statutory documents.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or materials when required.
- Deliver and collect important documents, parcels, and office supplies as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Be available for extended working hours, weekends, or outstation travel whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive travel schedules.
- Perform any other administrative or office support tasks assigned by management.





Required Qualifications

- Minimum High School (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience.
- Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of city roads, highways, and nearby locations.
- Safe and defensive driving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use Google Maps or GPS navigation.
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Flexible working hours based on business requirements.
- May require evening, weekend, or outstation travel.
- Uniform may be required as per company policy.

- Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance driving.
- Familiar with Delhi-NCR routes and traffic conditions (preferred).
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
