Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Follow company scripts and communication guidelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per hour
