Qualification & Experience:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MS Project + PMP Certification with minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Civil Construction Projects.
- Computer literate.
- Civil Engineering products and suppliers knowledge, including supply chain management.
- Technical knowledge of R.C.C/Finishing works for High Rise Buildings.
- Planning and sequence of works execution.
- Technically oriented and proactive

Desired Profile:

- Management of site staff and all contractors involved in the construction activities.
- Inspection and execution, especially from the aspect of quality, progress and use of value added materials, resulting in economy.
- Overall communication and interaction with architect, RCC consultants, contractors, staff and top level management etc.
- Scrutinize the bills of all contractors and suppliers.
- Preparing tender documents including quantities take off of each project for each and every construction activity.
- Age upto 45 years.
