Production Engineer (Fabrication)

We are looking for a Production Engineer with fabrication experience to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Production Engineer – Fabrication
Location: Talegaon MIDC
Experience: 2–5 years (Fabrication industry preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning and supervision of fabrication activities
- Reading and understanding fabrication drawings
- Coordination with production, quality, and stores teams
- Ensuring production as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
- Monitoring manpower, material usage, and daily production reports
- Handling shop-floor issues and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, assembly)
- Ability to handle shop-floor production independently
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹41,671.96 per month
