- Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

- Knowledge of Panel Assembly for railway industry.

- Valuable Communication Internal & External.

- Accountable for daily inspection Plan Vs Actual

- Daily meeting with CFT for issue resolution

- Customer inspection OIL closure

- Quick response quality control for internal and external complaints

- Special process internal and External audit points closure.

- Experienced in ISO documentations.

- Team player new product development to Serial production.

- CFT formation and analysis for the complaints and rejections from Supplier , Input ,Output and Customer.

- Team management and motivation

- Subordinates’ skill enhancement trainings outsourced and inhouse.

- Dispatch clearance from customers.

- Accountable for daily inspection Work & Planning Vs Actual & manpower allocation

- Preparing New Product Check Sheet.

- Customer Wise inspection enclosure/ Panel For Assembly.

- Quick response quality control for internal and external complaints

- Knowledge of Check sheet & 7QC Tool & Kaizen Etc.

- Monitoring Rework Activities as when required at in house and customer end .

- Customer FAI & internal Inspection. 2D & 3D Drawing review. Measuring instrument use and awareness Basic Knowledge Press and bending, Welding, Sika, Painting process
