Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee and drive end-to-end operations within our building construction business. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in construction operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple functions including project execution, production, procurement, manpower, budgeting, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the organization.
- Oversee project execution, production planning, procurement, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Manage budgets, monitor operational costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, finance, and HR teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive process improvements and implement best operational practices.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop department heads and operational teams.
- Resolve operational challenges and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management.
- Mandatory experience in the Building Construction industry.
- Proven experience in handling complete organizational operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management, procurement, budgeting, production planning, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
