This role is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience in managing enterprise Office 365 environments and hybrid infrastructure, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact systems across international clients.
Responsibilities: Experience in using ticketing systems and maintaining detailed documentation. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in O365 (user management, mail-flow). Hybrid environment - AD connect - Mailbox migration - Antispam policies - mail flow - mailbox records - quarantine and alerts. printers - network printers and devices - send emails from printer ( how to setup and troubleshoot)
Requirements: At least 3 years experience in building, maintaining, and upgrading large-scale Office 365 environments,including experience with products such as Office 365 , Azure AD, Exchange online, SharePoint, Exchange OneDrive, Teams, etc.



Experience with Active Directory management and hybrid environments Deep knowledge of server virtualization using Microsoft Hyper-V Familiarity with PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud technologies Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
