Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Controller to monitor and ensure the quality of products, calibration activities, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, testing, verification, documentation, and maintaining quality standards for automation and instrumentation products/services.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge in instrumentation, electrical systems, calibration activities, and quality procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming materials, instruments, and products
- Verify calibration and testing activities
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain calibration records, reports, and QC documents
- Conduct visual and functional inspections before dispatch
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality procedures
- Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCR)
- Coordinate with production, service, and project teams
- Monitor quality during assembly, testing, and dispatch activities
- Maintain proper documentation for ISO/QMS requirements
- Support internal audits and customer inspections
- Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained




- Follow safety and quality standards during work

Required Skills

- Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical systems
- Understanding of calibration and testing procedures
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to read technical drawings and datasheets
- Basic understanding of ISO/QMS procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in E&I;, EEE, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

Experience

- 1 to 5 years experience in quality control, instrumentation, calibration, or industrial automation
- Freshers with positive technical knowledge may also apply

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in gas detector calibration and instrumentation preferred
- Knowledge of PLC panels, transmitters, and industrial instruments is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to travel for site inspections if required

Salary

- As per company standards and experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
