Admissions Partner (Institutional) – AI Course | ₹5,000/Admission | Strictly 50 Seats

Compensation: ₹5,000 flat performance payout per admission; no cap on total earnings

About the Role

HGIAI (Horizont Global Institute of AI) is launching a 45-Day Applied AI & Automation Career Accelerator, designed by top AI industry experts from the US. This batch is strictly capped at 50 seats, no exceptions and admissions must be closed within a maximum of 1 month.

We're hiring Institutional Admissions Partners with real, active connections to colleges, academies or training institutes to help us fill this batch rapid.

As marketing support, you'll be provided with a course prospectus (brochure) and access to our website, where full course details are listed and enrollment takes place. No other brochures, materials or demo are provided beyond these two... which is exactly why the commission is set high. You are being compensated for closing on relationship and trust not with a full sales or marketing package.

Support Provided
Along with the course prospectus and website access, you'll receive a FAQ manual and product knowledge document to help you accurately represent the course. HGIAI does not provide additional marketing brochures or demos beyond the official prospectus and website, but you are welcome to create your own supplementary materials (flyers, posts, etc.) if you'd like... just ensure any content you create stays accurate to the official course details in the product knowledge document.

What You'll Do

Introduce the course to your institute/college contacts

Share course details and the enrollment link with eligible students

Coordinate with your institute to close admissions before seats run out or the 1-month window ends

Report and track your closures with us directly

Compensation Details

- ₹5,000 flat performance payout per admission closed, no upper limit
- Institute/college revenue share is paid directly to the respective institution's account; not routed through you
- Performance bonus for the top-closing partner(s) once all 50 seats are filled
- Admission = Verified admission (not just sign-up)

Institute Revenue share (paid directly to the institute)
Your partner institute earns a separate, volume-based revenue share per student, paid directly to the institute's account:

- 10+ admissions from the institute: ₹2,500/student
- 20+ admissions from the institute: ₹3,000/student

Rates are retroactive; once an institute crosses a threshold, all of that institute's admissions are paid at the new, higher rate.

Payment Terms (please read carefully before applying)

- Minimum of 10 admissions is compulsory to unlock any payout
- All admissions must be completed within a maximum of 1 month (30 days)




- If you reach 8-9 admissions by the deadline and are actively working, you'll be given a short grace window of 3-5 additional days to close the remaining admission(s) and unlock full payout
- Performance payout is released only after the 10-admission minimum is met (within the standard window or the grace window)
- Admissions below the minimum or not completed even after the grace window, are not paid out and do not carry forward to a future batch

Who We're Looking For

- An active, existing relationship with at least one college, academy or institute (mandatory, name it in your application)
- Comfortable working independently, with urgency
- Prior EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or institutional BD experience preferred... but a genuine institute relationship matters more than a resume
