Roles and Responsibilities

 Product Formulation: Developing advanced water-based, solvent-based / Texture using

vinyl, acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane,



 Performance Optimization: Enhancing core product traits like coverage, whiteness,

washability, drying time, gloss, and shelf life.

 Quality & Testing: Overseeing the chemical evaluation of raw materials and finished products

for shade matching, viscosity, and durability.

 Production Troubleshooting: Coordinating with manufacturing units to resolve batch

variations, minimize rejections, and streamline chemical mixing.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor’s or master’s degree (B.Sc / M.Sc) in Chemistry, or a specialized B.Tech / B.E. in Paint Technology with 5-8+

Year experience in Paint Industry.
