Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and energetic HR & Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team on-site in Kolhapur. In this role, your primary responsibility will be finding and hiring top-tier creative, technical, and sales talent. Additionally, you will oversee daily staff attendance, track work logs, and manage smooth office HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

- Pipeline Management: End-to-end recruitment for open roles including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Digital Marketers, Developers, and Sales Representatives.
- Sourcing: Screen portfolios, design assignments, code samples, and resumes from job portals, LinkedIn, and local hiring channels.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and schedule face-to-face technical and creative interviews with team leads.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely hiring process from first contact to offer issuance.

2. Daily Operations & Attendance Management

- Monitor and record daily office attendance,



working hours, leaves, and shift punctuality.
- Maintain accurate employee records, joining documents, and onboarding files.
- Oversee daily/weekly work log submissions to ensure operational productivity across teams.

3. Onboarding & Team Engagement

- Facilitate complete onboarding for new hires (desk setup, policy walkthrough, team intros).
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee queries and workplace coordination.
- Organize periodic team-building activities, celebration events, and office engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR recruitment or generalist operations (experience recruiting creative or technical roles is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolhapur for an on-site full-time role.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to evaluate creative portfolios (for designers/editors) and technical resumes.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Good command over Google Sheets, Docs, and ATS/job portal management.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and organizational skills.
