Design and Strategy: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex functional and non-functional requirements. · Test Types: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, system, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), exploratory, API and cross-browser/cross-platform testing. · Defect Management: Identify, log, and meticulously track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Analyze defects to determine root cause and communicate findings clearly to development teams.
