Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Communicate project status and updates to clients and management.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.




- Drive continuous process improvement and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
