Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments accurately
- Generate bills and maintain proper billing records
- Thorough knowledge of the complete menu, products, and prices
- Explain menu items, flavours, and offers to customers confidently
- Actively upsell products (add-ons, upgrades, combos, specials)
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are applied
- Greet customers politely and assist them during ordering and checkout
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the cash counter
- Count cash at the beginning and end of the shift
- Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- Coordinate with service and production staff when required
- Follow company policies, discipline, and ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualities:

- Strong product and menu knowledge
- Positive communication and persuasion skills
- Basic math and billing accuracy
- Honest, alert, and responsible
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to handle peak hours calmly
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
