About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Property Consultants to join our sales team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you. Prior real estate experience is not mandatory—candidates with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, Retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
