We are looking for an Associate Project Manager with a strong technical understanding to manage the delivery of enterprise-level software and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Plan and manage project schedules, sprints, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

- 5 Years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.




- Robust technical exposure to enterprise software development concepts.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate between clients and development teams.
- Ideal candidates will have prior software development experience. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar technical role is also highly preferred.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.
