Job Summary:

The R&D; Chemist will be responsible for conducting research to develop new chemical products, improve existing formulations, and solve complex technical challenges. The role involves laboratory-based work, the application of scientific principles to practical problems, and collaboration with other teams such as production, quality control, and marketing to bring innovations from concept to commercial production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, and execute experiments to develop new chemical formulations, materials, or processes.
- Analyze and interpret data from research experiments and recommend further actions based on findings.
- Evaluate and improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of chemical processes.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate the latest developments into R&D; activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, regulatory, quality assurance) to ensure new products meet commercial, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Write detailed reports and document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean working environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry,



or a related field.
- Strong laboratory skills and hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation (e.g., NMR, HPLC, IR spectroscopy).
- Solid understanding of chemical principles, formulation chemistry, and process development.
- Experience in synthesizing and testing new chemical compounds or materials is a plus.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions based on experimental results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with regular working hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required depending on project timelines or deadlines.
- The position may require working with hazardous materials, so adherence to safety guidelines is critical.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
