SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial documentation, taxation, and bookkeeping while providing an excellent learning opportunity for fresh graduates and final-year students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Support invoice processing and voucher preparation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Perform data entry using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation.
- Support audits and other finance-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, or Finance-related degree.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
