Job Summary

Veda IT, under its IT Tutor Pro project, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven International Voice Process Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, explain our IT training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.

Explain IT Tutor Pro's training programs, course offerings, and upcoming batches.

Build rapport with potential candidates and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.

Respond to customer questions professionally and accurately.

Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM/system.

Meet daily and monthly calling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

Confident speaking with international clients.

Strong persuasion, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency.

Willingness to work permanent night shifts (US Shift).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Experience

2+ years of experience in an international voice process, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.

Candidates with exceptional English communication skills may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 per month (inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives).
