Core Responsibilities
- Daily Oversight: Manage non-clinical and clinical workflows, facility maintenance, and interdepartmental communication.
- Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Financial Control: Develop and monitor department budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health laws, safety codes, and accreditation standards (such as NABH or JCI).
- Patient Relations: Monitor satisfaction scores and resolve patient or family
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
