* Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plywood shops, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate sales.
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
* Promote the company’s range of plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, and related products.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
* Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
* Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates to management.
* Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
* Graduate (preferred).
* 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in plywood, laminates and hardware.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
