The Healthy Binge is a fast-growing food manufacturing and FMCG company committed to creating healthy and innovative snack products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse team and support daily inventory and material management operations.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant will assist in day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, stock verification, and dispatch coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in warehouse operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving, unloading, storing, and dispatching goods and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement in registers/ERP/Excel.
- Support stock counting, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, and shipment records.




- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and filing systems.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace.
