Job Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning and material availability check
- Manpower allocation as per production plan and skill matrix
- Production execution as per SOP, Process Flow & Control Plan
- Monitoring production, rejection, rework, and PPE compliance
- Verification of daily production reports and shift-wise performance
- Participation in daily meetings and production reviews
- Rejection and scrap analysis with corrective actions
- Training operators on SOP, 5S, JH, Process Parameters & EHSMS
- Implementation of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement activities
- Coordination with cross-functional teams for tooling, machine, productivity, and safety improvements
