Scope

Develop 3D models for Website, technical catalogue, Drawings, Casement, sliding, Series and other presentations. Good knowledge of AutoCAD

Area of Responsibility

Position based out of Hyderabad. Responsibility will be entire Pan India.

Minimum Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. (Mech.)

Experience

- Min of 5-7 Years of cross diversified experience out of which
- 2-5 years in Designing Part. Upvc or Aluminium window industry are suitable.

Primary Roles

- Prepare day to day SAP Item master data and update to VEKA Germany team and validating it to avoid duplication.
- Able to validate costing and fabrications values in software (EVA and window maker)




- Design and inspect tooling sets before reaching to fabricators
- Update and maintain technical data and work with sales and marketing team to support in necessary technical information for customers and collateral (Technical Catalogue, Veka profile chart, profile box, Fabrication manuals).
- Explaining and sharing technical information to current fabricators, also guiding existing fabricators in case of new profiles and system launch.

Support to Fabricators

- Assist fabricators in implementing quality control measures to ensure that fabricated UPVC products meet industry standards and customer expectations. This may involve providing guidance on inspection procedures, quality testing methods, and defect detection and prevention strategies.
- Provide detailed technical documentation for windows and doors, including structural design specifications, material properties, load capacities, and installation guidelines. This information serves as a reference for structural engineers and architects conducting the analysis.
- assist fabricators with troubleshooting, answer technical questions, and provide step-by-step guidance for resolving issues remotely.




- Co-coordinating with vendor and marketing manager to arrange weld blocks and software in-time.
- Provide fabricators with guidance on compliance requirements, such as product certifications, testing protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Validating fabricator quotation and production documents whenever it is required.
- Providing weld block and cutter drawings to fabricators except standard tooling sets which we offered initially
- Collaborate with fabricators to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Offer responsive customer support services to address fabricators’ inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly. This includes providing technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site visits, as well as offering after-sales support
- Sharing necessary drawings and technical information to production team and quality team whenever it is required.

Support to Factory team

- Providing detail technical profile drawings to R&D; department exclusively for Ascona machine.
- Resolving queries for fabrications unit team regarding technical issues like cutting lengths and few newly launched profiles
- Responsible for new product concept design, prototyping, development, testing and creating first cut samples.
- Able to make modified product drawing to resolve the issues in extrusion or fabrication.
- Able to provide theoretical weld strength values to R&D; department
- Work together with the fabrication team to develop a plan for resolving the fabrication issues effectively. Providing lamination foil sizes and protection film sizes whenever factory requires
