Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Dealer Sales Executive to expand our IT software business by identifying, appointing, and managing new dealers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors for IT software products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Generate sales through the dealer network and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and dealer training sessions.
Support dealers with sales, marketing, and customer acquisition activities.
Track sales performance and submit regular reports.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or IT software sales.
Strong communication, negotiation,
and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel for dealer appointments and business development.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new dealers appointed.
Dealer activation and engagement.
Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.
Dealer retention and business growth.
Achievement of sales targets.
