JOB TITLE : Export Merchandiser (Marketing)

LOCATION : Panipat

EXPERIENCE : 3-5

Job Summary :

The Export Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining relationships with international buyers, generating business opportunities, following up on inquiries, negotiating and closing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers.
- Communicate with buyers through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Handle buyer inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close export orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, and product presentations.
- Follow up with buyers regarding samples, quotations, and order status.
- Maintain buyer communication records and prepare reports.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong buyer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in export merchandising or international marketing.
- Ability to prepare qualified emails, quotations, and proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing or Textile-related qualification will be an added advantage).
- Experience in Export Merchandising, International Marketing, Buyer Coordination, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling international buyers and closing export orders.
- Good spoken and written English.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
