ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
- Finalize valuation reports.
- Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
- Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values.
- Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
- Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team’s guidelines.
- Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.

Key Skills:

- Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
- Technical & functional expertise
- Robust analytical skills & rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy

Relevant Experience:



3-5 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only)(The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed to Adroit Family...)

Qualification: B.tech- Civil/B.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only)
or M.tech- Civil/M.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only)

Salary: Rs. 3.5 - 5 Lacs PA (Salary is not a bar for right candidates)

Location: Noida
