- Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine utilization reports.
- Ensure production is carried out as per the production plan and schedule.
- Check product quality at every stage using Vernier Calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Handle and manage production manpower, including work allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Minimize production rejection, rework, and material wastage.




- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and consumables.
- Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Train operators and helpers on production processes, quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Monitor production efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain production records, rejection records, and downtime reports.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure timely completion of production orders.
