Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Expert to manage residential and commercial leasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leasing leads, conducting property visits, negotiating lease terms, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leasing enquiries through brokers, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Identify and acquire current tenants for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate rental terms and finalize lease agreements.
- Coordinate documentation, LOIs, lease agreements, registration, and possession.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy.
- Maintain a leasing customer database.
- Ensure timely lease renewals and manage vacancy reduction.
- Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets.

Required Skills





- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial leasing.
- Understanding of lease agreements and documentation.
- Ability to build and maintain broker and client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any relevant field.
- MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing.
- Experience in residential and commercial leasing is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Strong network of brokers and corporate clients.
- Target-oriented with proven leasing closures.
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
